My Medical Timeline
Tracking key health events and medical history can be cumbersome and dates can get fuzzy over time. You may have to recap your history many times with different doctors, as well as complete different forms, so we’ve created a timeline to help you keep track.
Add To TimelineYou can record important milestones, such as hospitalizations, treatments and tests, including dates and pertinent details, so that you have a bird's eye view you can refer to when you need it. You can then view and edit your color-coded medical timeline or filter by Tests, Treatments or Key Medical Events using the drop-down.
